1993-2001 Concert Dates

Dolly stopped touring after 1992 for 10 years, until the Halos and Horns tour in 2002. Dolly performed very few concerts during the intervening period, although the annual Dollywood concerts were performed most years. In this section are the one off concerts Dolly performed during this period.

Carnegie Hall Concert - May 15th or 16th, 1993

This concert was part of the "Country Takes Manhattan" promotion.

Dolly’s performance at this festival was cut short by vocal problems which forced her to cut short Train, Train and leave the stage. She returned for the final 2 numbers, which she sang with the Focus Choir

This really was a great festival performance at the annual Merlefest, Dolly was in excellent voice and humour throughout, generally having a great time. Incidentally Chris Thile from Nickelcreek was playing in her band and he came in for some good natured ribbing from Dolly during the introductions. Hearing Dolly perform Last Thing on My Mind was a clear highlight, especially as the arrangement was taken a lot slower, making it so much more heartfelt than the Porter duet version.
