1993-2001 Concert Dates Dolly stopped touring after 1992 for 10 years, until the Halos and Horns tour in 2002. Dolly performed very few concerts during the intervening period, although the annual Dollywood concerts were performed most years. In this section are the one off concerts Dolly performed during this period. Carnegie Hall Concert - May 15th or 16th, 1993 This concert was part of the "Country Takes Manhattan" promotion. She returned for the final 2 numbers, which she sang with the Focus Choir Review here 28th April 2001 – Merlefest - Wilkesboro, N.C Train Train Bluer Pastures Little Sparrow The Grass Is Blue Shine Mountain Angel Marry Me Tender Lie Tender Lie (after swallowing a bug), I Get A Kick Out of You I Don't Believe You've Met My Baby Cash On the Barrelhead Coat of Many Colors Smoky Mountain Memories I Will Always Love You Last Thing On My Mind (w/ Doc Watson) In My Tennessee Mountain Home (w/ Doc Watson), I Will Always Love You (upbeat blugrass version). This really was a great festival performance at the annual Merlefest, Dolly was in excellent voice and humour throughout, generally having a great time. Incidentally Chris Thile from Nickelcreek was playing in her band and he came in for some good natured ribbing from Dolly during the introductions. Hearing Dolly perform Last Thing on My Mind was a clear highlight, especially as the arrangement was taken a lot slower, making it so much more heartfelt than the Porter duet version.
