The Midnight Special was a late night music series which ran for eight years between 1973-1981. Dolly appeared on three shows, including one as host in 1978. The show attracted some of the biggest names in the music business and was syndicated around the world, giving great exposure. A DVD set of the series has been released, but only the songs I Will Always Love You and Here You Come Again appear on these compilations.
